LiteBox Studio wanted to start delivering professional live and recorded productions, but with so many options across cameras, audio, networking and streaming, equipment alone wasn't the answer. The team needed a workflow they could rely on in a real production environment.

The Solution

A complete workflow, planned in clear stages.

Rather than a straightforward equipment sale, ProMediaIT designed the full production environment around LiteBox Studio's real goals — built to be understood, implemented and operated without guesswork.

At its centre: a TriCaster 2 Elite with a 2-stripe control surface, working across SDI and NDI. The wider setup brought together Netgear switching, BirdDog PTZ cameras, the client's existing Z CAM cameras, and Allen & Heath audio over Dante — with RTMP and SRT for live streaming.

Equipment sourced outside ProMediaIT was integrated too, built around the client's real-world purchasing route rather than a supplier-only model.
